EarSketch's curriculum is categorized into three types: (1) Byte-Sized Beats, (2) Remix Lab, and (3) Courses.

Byte-Sized Beats

Shorter, "byte-sized" modules, typically focusing on one to two topics

Length

One to two modules (or class periods)

Audience

Intended for any subject area and grade levels, appropriate for middle school and high school students

Remix Lab

Mid-length, week-long collection of Byte-Sized Beats, typically focusing on competition themes

Length

Three to five modules (or class periods)

Audience

Intended for any subject area and grade levels, appropriate for middle school and high school students

Courses

Lengthier, more traditional type curriculum focused more on computing concepts

Length

Quarter- to semester-long classes

Audience

Intended for computing subject areas and classrooms, appropriate for upper middle school and high school students

2020 Remix Lab: Celebrity Remix Weekly Challenge Module 07

Students will focus on coding a longer song in this Week 7 Challenge. The code should reflect the basic sections of a song: chorus, verse, and bridge.
